How we work

We start from the real uses and constraints on the ground before proposing a trajectory. Every recommendation is costed, prioritised and linked to an implementation plan, so that decisions can be taken — and funded — quickly.

We work with local teams rather than in their place: transferable tools, co-construction workshops and training are part of every assignment.
